Tapas Bar Amalour Athens

 

A beautiful residence from the 30s is the exotic host for a renounced restaurant and a famous bar of Hydra.

After 10 years of presence in Hydra, at 2006, Bar Amalour traveled to Nea Smyrni, in Athens, to be hosted in a unique mansion from the 1930s'.

We therefore welcome you to Athens, in a place of unique design, a two storage building that is an art jewelry, the hand-crafted roof and the elegant garden.

With colorful design and with much love, as it's name states (Amalour is an ancient catalane word, meaning a place with positive-loving energy), we gave life to this mid-century building, with the traditional ceramic tiles, the wooden floor and the round stares, turning it into a place of tasteful delights and euphoria.

The bar is found on the first floor, as you are welcomed by a worm and joyful atmosphere, with many different proposals - with or without alcohol, chosen especially by us.

The Latin rhythms, ethnic, funky and rock sounds will rise your spirits and guide your steps.

These steps will guide you to the second floor, where a mixtures of senses awaits for you.

All the winter months, we have live music every Friday and Saturday and unique dj's. Furthermore, the second floor can be used for weddings, corporate meetings and other events.

Finally, as gardens in Athens are a rarity, we turned the garden into a cool and enjoying place to have your summer escapes!
